Greet guests and provide best-in-class customer service, assisting with video gaming needs and recommending products;
Support store environment and merchandising, contributing to sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed
