Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.;
Assist with access control, receipt verification, and other security-related duties as assigned while maintaining a professional presence.
