Part-Time Yard Spotter | $21 - $23 per Hour + Overtime | Rialto, CA

Location: Rialto, CA (Yard drivers required for Fontana or Rialto, CA)

Position: Part‑time Class A CDL and non‑CDL yard drivers for a dedicated retail customer. Previous yard experience is required for both CDL and non‑CDL holders.

Pay: Non‑CDL drivers earn $21 per hour for a.m. shift and $24 per hour p.m. shift. CDL drivers earn $23 per hour for a.m. shift and $26 per hour p.m. shift. All shifts pay overtime after 8 hours per day. Floater drivers work both yards and receive an additional $0.75 per hour over base pay.

Schedule: Weekend shifts with overtime after 8 hours per day. PM shifts available from Thursday to Monday. Drivers must be able to work 2 to 3 days. Current shifts start either from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Equipment: Drivers will maneuver tractors and trailers at the facility. Previous yard experience is required.

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• All applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired (Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse)
• 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
• Previous yard experience required
• Additional qualifications will apply
