Title: Warehouse Manager

Legacy Sports International (LSI) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join the team in Rialto, CA. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations from shipping and receiving to inventory control and compliance. This role ensures the meticulous handling of serialized firearms and components, strict alignment with ATF, ITAR, California DOJ and CAL/OSHA standards, and seamless integration into LSI’s quality standards and customer satisfaction.

5AM – 2PM

Starting Salary of $71,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Leadership & Training
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor warehouse staff, reinforcing a culture of safety, accountability, and precision.
  • Deliver and regularly update training in ATF, ITAR, California DOJ and CAL/OSHA compliance, and secure firearms handling.
• Operations & Compliance
  • Supervise shipping, receiving, and return processes with full compliance to federal, state, and internal policy.
  • Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as it relates to acquisition and disposition of firearms.
  • Maintain constant readiness for and host onsite inspections and internal audits by regulatory bodies.
• Facilities & Safety
  • Uphold a safe, secure, and orderly warehouse: ensuring compliance with CAL/OSHA, proper handling of materials, and mandatory protective gear usage.
  • Manage ordering and stocking of shipping supplies and storage materials always with safety and regulatory compliance in mind.
• Inventory & Quality Control
  • Maintain rigorous, accurate inventory controls by performing frequent cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations of serialized and non-serialized items.
  • Collaborate with management and executives to ensure that firearms and components meet LSI’s high-quality standards before forwarding to customers or dealers.
• Act as the key warehouse contact for vendors, FFL dealers, and internal teams regarding inventory, shipments, and compliance documentation.
• Provide transaction records, invoices, and other compliance paperwork as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in firearms or regulated manufacturing/distribution.
• Ability to obtain a California Certificate of Eligibility
• Demonstrated knowledge of CA DOJ, ATF, ITAR, OSHA regulations, and proven experience with firearms compliance.
• Strong computer skills—including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems (Net Suite/Oracle preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, judgement and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.; prolonged standing and walking required.
• Competency in using ladders, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required.
