Unit Information

Shift: 4×12s, Nights
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Telemetry Requirement: Must be able to interpret and sign off on telemetry strips

Requirements

Licensure

• Active WI or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must be proficient in rhythm interpretation and telemetry documentation

Certifications

• BLS
• NIHSS (must be in hand before start)

References

• Two professional references from within the last year
• One must be from the most recent assignment
