Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication administration

• Help maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and keeping living areas tidy

• Support residents with mobility and mobility aids as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
