Roof Mechanic

Our client, an industry leader in roofing and construction services, is seeking dedicated Roofers to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Roofer

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect roofs to identify damages and determine necessary repairs
• Work with team members to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Utilize roofing, carpentry, and construction skills to complete projects efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices during all tasks

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of roofing, carpentry, or construction is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Job requires a pre-employment drug and background
  screening
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
