Guest Relations Manager

• Gather guest feedback through various channels and implement improvements based on suggestions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a sense of loyalty and repeat business.
• Train and guide front desk and concierge staff on best practices for guest interaction and service recovery.

• Proven experience in guest relations, front office management, or a similar guest-facing role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and standards.
