000232 - SALES REPRESENTATIVE – (ENGINEERING/DISTRIBUTION) - RICHARDSBAY
ROLE PURPOSE:
To act as a technical advisor and salesperson, identifying client needs to recommend, demonstrate, and sell complex engineering products.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Explain complex technical concepts simply, provide demonstrations, and present solutions to client.
Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and maintain contact with existing clients.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, applications, and industry trends to act as a subject matter expert.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure, close, and renew sales orders.
Assist customers with product questions, installation, or technical issues.
Track sales, monitor customer feedback, and report market developments to management.
