The Role:We are currently seeking a Process Valve Sales Professional to join our Kempe Engineering team in Australia
Reporting to the Products Manager, this role is a client focused position in line with customer action plans, you will develop and execute call plans and in collaboration with the Kempe team, drive the development of the Process Valves, Filtration and Fluid Power Product division for Kempe Engineering.
You will have a proven track record in sales and growth opportunities and be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and maintain key client relationships, based on customer service orientated outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop customer action and call plans to achieve the Branch Sales targets.
- Implement call plans & call cycles to develop customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and achieve sales and business goals.
- Specializing in Process Valves/Fluid Power/Oil Filtration, provide customers with all information to promote product sales, services, repairs and any other relevant information across all Kempe Engineering products and services.
- Complete customer call reports & provide management with feedback on key customer activities & business opportunities.
- Annual budgeting by customer and monthly forecasting.
- Prepare and submit quotes.
- Lead customer sales quotation, quotation pipeline and follow-up processes.
- Liaise with customers to understand their current and future needs and maintain an exceptional customer service engagement.
Skills & Experience:
- Proactive safety focus.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Sound understanding of one of all of process valves, fluid power, oil filtration product and systems.
- Trade certificate or similar in an industrial industry
- Customer Service orientated.
- Demonstrated track record with sales growth with existing and new products, markets and customers.
- Ability to solve technical problems & offer technical solutions.
- Ability to be proactive, customer focused, effective communicator and team player.
- Strong organizational and team working skills with ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Willing to learn and explore new products and markets. - Able to complete a pre-employment medical.
