About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Telecom Installation Specialist to join their operations team in Richards Bay . This role is essential for the successful deployment and setup of telecommunications equipment and services for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety protocols and technical specifications. • Perform physical installations of telecommunications equipment, including cabling, routers, modems, and antennas.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement and configuration of equipment.
• Test installed equipment to ensure proper functionality and connectivity, performing signal testing and calibration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues, documenting all work performed.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company installation standards.

• A relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in electronics or telecommunications.
• Proven experience as an Installation Technician, preferably within the telecom sector.
