Industrial Electrician

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in their facilities in Richards Bay. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of our industrial processes. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining electrical machinery, control systems, and power distribution systems. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of industrial electrical codes and safety standards, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a demanding industrial environment.

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and components in industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and power distribution systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failures and extend service life.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and engineers to ensure seamless operations.

• Qualified Industrial Electrician with a valid trade certificate.
• Extensive experience working with high-voltage industrial equipment and control systems.
