We’re looking for a forward-thinking Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Accounting team. This isn’t your typical AP role - it’s an opportunity to be a change agent in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your ideas and initiative help shape the future of how we do business.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our corporate payables while also helping modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across the AP function.
- Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership.
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement improvements.
- Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month-end close activities.
- Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Take initiative on special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements that drive operational excellence.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners - delivering top-tier customer service.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - Experience:
2+ years in accounts payable or corporate accounting (multi-entity environment a plus). - Technical
Skills:
Knowledgeable in proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), alpha-numeric data entry; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI strongly preferred.
