Position: Accounting Analyst III- 26-00150MC

Accounting Analyst III

Location: Richardson, TX 75080
Position: Contract
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare, review bank and cash reconciliations and post journal entries.
  • Works daily with AP to resolve cash transactions.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated.
  • Onboarding accounting functions from various Business Units to Financial Shared Services; support internal and external audit requests.
  • Work in a team environment while supporting business units throughout the organization.
  • Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, analyze, and present reports to management.
  • Manage ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests assigned.
  • Indirectly supervise the work efforts of lower level or junior staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred (3-5 years of experience).
  • Hands‑on experience in financial accounting & reporting, preferably Cash Accounting.
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • SAP ERP experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Manufacturing, a plus.
  • Hyperion Essbase, a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, fact‑finding skills, and ability to provide solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines through good organization and prioritization.
  • Ability to work closely with personnel from various departments and all levels of management.
  • Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivity.
