Accounting Manager

Richardson, TX | Onsite

• $115,000-$125,000 annually
• Full-time, Direct Hire
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Lead the General Ledger team and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, consolidations, and multicurrency accounting
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate annual audit activities
• Review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L reporting, and executive reporting packages
• Oversee tax support, sales tax filings, and internal control compliance
• Supervise Accounts Payable and customer billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen accounting controls
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate financial information and support business decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, Master's in Accounting, or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years of leadership experience
• Experience leading General Ledger operations, financial close, and financial reporting
• Experience with consolidations and multicurrency accounting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
  Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred
• Experience supporting external audits and maintaining strong internal controls

• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and emotional intelligence to work effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders
• Experience working in a privately held organization is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and build high-performing accounting teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback while fostering positive working relationships
