Accounts Payable Specialist

This is an interim opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. You'll join a collaborative corporate accounting team supporting high-volume accounts payable operations while helping the organization implement new automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Process high-volume vendor invoices from receipt through payment.
• Review, code, and route invoices for approval within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and AP reconciliations.
• Assist with invoice workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Adhere to internal controls and company policies.

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume processing environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Experience with invoice automation platforms such as VicAI, Coupa, OCR, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Experience supporting ERP implementations or system enhancements.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus!

$25 - $35/hr. (based on experience and overall fit)
