Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is an interim opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. You'll support a dynamic corporate accounting team responsible for cash application, billing, account research, and cross-functional collaboration during a critical period of growth and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Apply customer payments and accurately match cash receipts to outstanding invoices.
• Research payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash.
• Partner with branch locations to obtain remittance details and resolve outstanding issues.
• Generate customer invoices and credit memos.
• Process weekly property and maintenance billings.
• Support monthly management fee, insurance, and auxiliary billings.
• Monitor month-end cash Final date to receive applicationss and AR aging.
• Perform account research and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and cash application processes.

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and/or Billing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems and multiple accounting platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.
• Comfortable navigating both manual and automated processes.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting month-end deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-service mindset.

Compensation
: $25 - $35/hr. based on experience and overall fit
