We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for recording financial transactions, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and cost analysis, and supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting systems, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using accounting systems.

Perform account reconciliations and help ensure financial records are complete and accurate.

Prepare financial reports and assist with internal accounting documentation.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.

Assist with month-end close processes, including reviewing entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing supporting schedules.

Use data analysis tools to review financial information and identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.

Maintain organized financial records and support compliance with company accounting procedures.

Work closely with management and team members to provide timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant.

Must have 2 years of experience using accounting systems to record transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare financial reports, conduct budgeting and cost analysis, and support month-end close processes.

Skilled in data analysis tools.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude.
