RTX Accounting Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all accounting disciplines while working closely with programs and functions across RTN. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company's remediation efforts related to RTX's Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The role provides exceptional visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with complex accounting and programmatic matters.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all DPA Monitor and auditor RFIs, coordinating review and submission with Technical Accounting
• Lead cross-functional coordination across RTN functions and programs to ensure timely and comprehensive RFI responses
• Drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance in RFI responses through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Perform core cost accounting responsibilities across all Cost Accounting teams, including PRISM Accounting, Cost Integrity, Cost Accounting, and Supplier Accounting

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 finance work experience
• Experience in SAP and Excel
• U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
