A national general contracting and Lean Construction firm specializing in healthcare, commercial, and educational projects is seeking a Project Accountant to join its team. Core values alignment is the top priority for this hiring team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day to day accounting transactions for assigned projects
• Process and reconcile invoices, billings, and project related costs
• Handle AP/AR invoicing, billing, G702/G703 pay applications, and lien waivers
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and billings
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial documentation
• Support subcontractor and billing compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for trade partners, vendors, and clients on billing and payment matters
• Utilize Sage 300 (transitioning to CMiC), Procore, Timber Scan, and Textura

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of construction accounting experience, including 2+ years in project accounting
• No degree required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Genuine alignment with a values driven culture

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70,000 to $75,000
• Weekly pay
• $100/month cell phone allowance
• Full health coverage (PPO/HSA)
• 401(k) with 5% match
• Onsite, Monday through Friday
