This position is responsible for preparing financial reports and statements by performing accounting and analysis, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. Job Description Researching and troubleshooting questions or issues. Preparing reports requiring analysis or evaluation. Oversees and monitors the process and workflow of preparing various financial reports. Responsible for state reporting consisting of maintaining lists of required documents, invoices, payments, etc.

that get files with various states. Adhoc requests. Health Operations. Participates in financial reporting changes by adjusting/revising reporting processes and structures. Identifies, recommends and implements process and system improvements. Creates baseline documentation procedures and processes; can include gathering documentation, work papers, and examples. Supports internal and external audits by gathering and explaining requested examples, procedures, and supporting information. Communicates and interacts effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

• College degree OR 4 years of accounting experience.
• 3 years of financial reporting experience.
• Accounting skills (preparation of journal entries and preparation of account reconciliations)
• MS Office (Excel) and Access
• Experience with People Soft
• Statistical data analysis
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivated/self starter

College degree in business or accounting

Experience with Statutory reporting;
Experience with Oracle general ledger and financials.

Compensation: $41,700.00 - $92,800.00
