Client OverviewOur client is a leading technology company based in Plano, Texas, known for their innovative solutions and dynamic work environment. They pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join the team and help our client maintain their high standards of customer service and office management during a busy period.
Salary/Hourly Rate$20/hr - $24/hr
Position OverviewAs a temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general support to employees as needed.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- 2+ years in a front desk or receptionist role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Position is not eligible for benefits due to assignment length.
