Job DescriptionThe Operations Data Specialist is an operational integration support position within the HOAM Ventures Transformation Team, providing accounts payable, budget data entry, and other data entry and support functions.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To- Conduct initial review and coding of all invoices for assigned office(s) in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and or exceed the volume and production expectations for processing invoices daily
- Escalate any invoice discrepancies to Supervisor as needed for further investigation and or resolution
- Assign and add vendors within the portal tools with relevant supporting documentation.
- Enter approved budget for associations for assigned office(s) in a timely and efficient manner, with specific attention to detail on mapped chart of accounts to align with Associa and operational standards
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external business partners while offering unsurpassed customer service
- Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned to meet business needs;
Incumbent will follow other job‑related instructions and perform other job‑related duties from time to time if requested by department management - Occasional overtime may be required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience or equivalent preferred
- CMCA Preferred, required within first year
- Ability to evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats
- Knowledge and skilled in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Able to accurately perform calculations and analysis
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced and changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and alpha‑numeric data entry
- Travel required - approximately 10%
- Remote - Virtual Meetings on Camera regularly
- Associa Branch Offices - Percentage of time will depend on proximity.
- Business environment - Daily contact with leaders, peers, and clients
