Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Communications Officer

Location:

Richardson, TX. We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our Human Resource Department at Fossil Group.

Administrative Support
  • Manage the CPCO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, executive committee meetings, and other key events; prepare and review communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage the organization of team events, dinners, and other engagement activities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy
Travel Coordination
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements
  • Prepare travel itineraries and assist with expense reports and reimbursements
  • Event and Meeting Management
    • Organize and manage executive meetings, both internal and external, ensuring proper preparation and follow‑through
    • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and conferences
Communication Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CPCO and internal and external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Draft and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CPCO when required
Project Management
  • Assist in managing key projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Help coordinate interdepartmental teams and ensure that projects align with strategic business goals
  • Research and gather information on various topics for executive decision‑making
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, supporting C‑suite executives, preferably CHRO, CPO or CPCO
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with global travel requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized approach to work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic work environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and positive working relationships
