Generational Group is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, Salesforce CRM activities, investor and lead processing, customer communications, and administrative coordination to support our  platform. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in marketing, CRM management, and customer engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and customer service skills with the ability to manage Salesforce-related communications, high-volume email activity, lead tracking, and scheduling responsibilities. This individual should be proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM records, data entry, and lead updates.
  • Process investor profiles, subscriber requests, and lead conversions within Salesforce.
  • Assist with marketing communications, CRM inquiries, comments, and customer support requests.
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce chat features and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Support CRM organization, data integrity, and reporting activities.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, contact management, and outreach coordination.
  • Manage high-volume email inboxes and ensure timely follow-up and response.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for internal teams and external contacts.
  • Provide administrative support to marketing and business development teams.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, communication follow-up, and document organization.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and team activities.
  • Provide professional and timely customer service support to clients, investors, and prospects.
  • Demonstrate strong professional written and oral communication skills in all interactions.
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Entry-level to 2 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, CRM support, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High-energy, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration or marketing coordination.
  • Familiarity with lead management, CRM workflows, and email communication processes.
  • Experience managing high-volume email communications.
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in marketing, CRM, or business development.
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or B2B environments preferred.
