Role Responsibilities- Diagnose Mechanical Issues:
Inspect malfunctioning equipment, identify mechanical problems, and create accurate repair plans. Work closely with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure high‑quality, efficient service. - Perform Repairs & Maintenance:
Install new components and complete routine maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition. - Support Customer Understanding:
Clearly explain diagnoses, repair recommendations, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service satisfaction. - Document All Work:
Record repair and maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately. Note additional concerns and prepare detailed service reports.
- Ability to clearly read, interpret, and communicate technical information
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, equipment, and related technologies
- Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (pay based on experience)
- Flexible schedule
- Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license
- Must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening
