Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- This position typically relates to areas in WCM, Global Process & Change Management, Six Sigma programs or the design, deployment and support of various operational support applications such as Shop Floor Control Systems / Operating Models / Maintenance Management Systems / etc.
- Leads the re‑engineering and implementation of large scale global business processes (eg. New Customer Introduction, New Product Introduction, and Product Transfers).
- Interfaces with senior business executives around the world to identify and document the broad areas of opportunity and then marshal support, resources and commitment to effectively lead the improvement teams through the stages of Mobilization, Diagnosis, Redesign and Transition (including implementation and sustenance).
- Interfaces with Customers.
- Assignments will typically be divided into a large number of smaller projects from development to deployment in any number of areas.
- Responsible for the business results of the changes as well as the typical project measurements of cost, schedule and quality.
- Advanced knowledge in business process modelling, business process re‑engineering, change management, facilitation in consensus environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.
- Duties may require periodic sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines
- Ten plus years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
