Job Summary
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for contractor licensing and maintaining license agreement records.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for contractor licensing and maintaining license agreement records, current and backup license holders. In addition, you will handle acquisition pre-work for license requirements/needs and facilitate bond requests as required for field and officer signature. On a monthly basis, you will perform reconciliations of open bonds and capacity.
Qualifications / Skills
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and be able to work independently with little supervision and meet deadlines. Also required is proficiency in Office products (advanced experience in Excel and reporting). At least 3 years of experience working in multi-location, service‑related business preferred. Training will be available on web‑based programs and industry‑related operating system required for the role.
