Product Manager, Advisory Data & Research | Hybrid - Richardson, Texas | Contract-to-Hire
Optomi, in partnership with a leading global commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Product Manager to help drive data-powered decision making and product innovation across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, technology, and user experience — helping transform large-scale data into actionable insights and smarter business decisions.
What you’ll be doing :- Owning and evolving product roadmaps aligned to business goals and user needs
- Leading agile/scrum teams through delivery and execution
- Writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and prioritizing features
- Partnering with Engineering and stakeholders to drive product strategy
- Championing the end-user experience and product discovery efforts
- Supporting modern data, analytics, and emerging AI-driven initiatives
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading agile/scrum teams
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working with data management initiatives
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
