Role OverviewJoin the Global Time & Labor Management Team as part of RTX Enterprise Services. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of international time feeds, leads implementation projects, and resolves complex problems.
Responsibilities- Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe.
- Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and document and update procedures.
- Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Audit, analyze, identify, and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
- Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for supported countries.
- Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
- In the absence of a degree, 6 years of applicable relevant experience may be considered.
- 2 years of experience with payroll/labor.
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise payroll software such as Workday, ADPEV5, and ADP Workforce Manager.
- Experience and knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.
- Solid experience with third-party payroll providers such as ADP.
Salary range: 68,900
USD – 131,100
