The Customer operations position is meant to support and improve the processes, systems, and workflows that drive an outstanding customer experience. This role is responsible for driving revenue through ensuring shipments go out in a timely manner, maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication. Working as a liaison between finance, sales and logistics to help ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions that come in well as maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights that support business growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating seamless customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities- Process orders
- Responsible for orders from PO to shipment
- Ensure accuracy of orders
- Ensure orders match the received quote
- Double checking all the fine details are correct and aligned with what is wanted
- Making sure the customer has enough credit and a credit line to begin with
- Releasing orders to the warehouse
- Keeping the warehouse on schedule, ensuring things go out on time
- Ensure all orders go out in a timely manner
- Coordinating with the customer to ensure we can ship on time, there are no delays etc
- Communicate with sales so they understand where their backlog stands
- Keeping account managers up to date on any ongoing issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM systems and business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- This role is remote but working hybrid out of either our NJ/TX or CA office is preferred.
- Travel – Less than 10% travel to internal events and some large scale trade shows.
