Project Analyst (PA) – Collins Aerospace

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States

Security Clearance: DoD Secret clearance required; the position requires U.S. citizenship.

• Design, build, and manage Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track and visualize program performance, staffing, and other critical business metrics.
• Manage Inter‑Entity Work Authorization (IWA) submittal process, tracking and updates.
• Produce monthly Purchase Order (PO) reports.
• Manage Software Renewal Tickets.
• Create various ad hoc reports as requested by engineering leadership.
• Analyze staffing demand and supply to support workforce planning and decision‑making.
• Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, distribution lists, and process templates to streamline team operations and communication.
• Establish and organize centralized data repositories to enhance accessibility, knowledge management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide ongoing visualization dashboards and reporting to communicate engineering and business trends clearly to leadership.
• Support various program tasks and initiatives as directed by engineering leadership.
• Orchestrate Risk and Opportunity (R&O) at the program level, developing programmatic approaches to communication issues.

• University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Prior experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI with strong analytical skills.
• Experience utilizing JIRA, ALM, JAMA, and SVN.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Comfortable flexing between structured projects and ad‑hoc urgent tasks.
