Overview

This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position in Richardson, Texas provides analytical program and IPT support. Responsibilities include planning, compiling, formatting, and manipulating technical/analytical data; interpreting and maintaining program requirements; tracking tasks and requirements to ensure deadlines are met; and serving as a focal point for data analysis, program metrics creation, and presentation.

What You Will Do
  • Design, build, and manage Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track and visualize program performance, staffing, and other critical business metrics.
  • Manage Inter‑Entity Work Authorization (IWA) submittal process, tracking, and updates.
  • Produce monthly Purchase Order (PO) reports.
  • Manage Software Renewal Tickets.
  • Create various ad‑hoc reports as requested by engineering leadership.
  • Analyze staffing demand and supply to support workforce planning and decision‑making.
  • Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, distribution lists, and process templates to streamline team operations and communication.
  • Establish and organize centralized data repositories to enhance accessibility, knowledge management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Provide ongoing visualization dashboards and reporting to communicate engineering and business trends clearly to leadership.
  • Support various program tasks and initiatives as directed by engineering leadership.
  • Orchestrate Risk and Opportunity (R&O) at the program level.
  • Develop programmatic approaches to addressing communication issues.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a university degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Prior experience working on teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI – strong analytical skills.
  • Experience utilizing JIRA, ALM, JAMA, and SVN.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
  • Comfortable flexing between structured projects and ad‑hoc urgent tasks.
