Contract Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team! This position is located in Richardson, TX or Ashburn, Virginia.

• Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications
• Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an engineering organization
• Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
• Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
• Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
• Resolve contract compliance issues
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
• Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
• Review and interpret sourcing and corporate policy requirements
• Take responsibility for consultation and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks

• Microsoft Office suite and Google application proficiency
• Procurement Contracting Analysis experience
• nSAP Telecommunication Assets and Services Procurement Knowledge

The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
