Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure all job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained.

University of Texas – Dallas Campus, 800 W Campbell Rd SU 23, Richardson, TX 75080. Full‑time, shift‑based schedule. Online applications accepted only.

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

Supervisory experience. Preferred:
Experience in a Starbucks or similar environment. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
