Job Description & How to Apply Below
Product leader for a portfolio of AI-powered, client-facing products within CBRE Digital & Technology. Owns the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for how applied AI shows up in the hands of users — translating emerging capabilities into experiences that move the business. Sits at the intersection of product thinking, applied AI, and customer empathy: identifies the highest-value problems to solve, decides what to build and when, and partners with engineering, design, and data science to ship products that earn adoption.
Operates with a builder’s instinct — opinionated, evidence-driven, and willing to hold the bar on both quality and intent.
- Set the vision for a portfolio of AI-powered products; identify where applied AI and emerging tech can unlock disproportionate client value.
- Define and own the product roadmap; sequence investments against business outcomes, technical readiness, and user signal.
- Bring a sharp, opinionated point of view on what to build, what to defer, and what to kill.
- Continuously scan the AI and product landscape; surface credible recommendations on which capabilities to adopt, build, or wait on.
- Articulate the strategic narrative for the portfolio in language that lands with engineers, executives, and clients alike.
- Lead structured product discovery: customer interviews, usage analysis, market research, and rapid prototyping to validate the right problems to solve.
- Design and run lightweight experiments to test AI capabilities with real users before committing to roadmap.
- Translate insight into clear product hypotheses, success metrics, and decision criteria.
- Champion a culture of evidence over opinion and a bias toward learning fast.
- Define how LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI capabilities show up as user-facing experiences — not as a feature list, but as a coherent product.
- Specify evaluation criteria, quality bars, and guardrails for AI features so they reach production safely and earn user trust.
- Make the trade-off calls between accuracy, latency, cost, and user control that AI products demand.
- Partner with design and engineering on conversational, adaptive, and assistive UX patterns that move beyond traditional UI.
- Partner daily with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into shipped product.
- Drive complex, multi-workstream programs from concept to production; manage scope, risk, and trade-offs in real time.
- Build trusted relationships across multiple lines of business; translate ambiguous business intent into precise product specifications.
- Lead compelling product reviews and demos that generate stakeholder confidence and investment momentum.
- Define how products reach users: positioning, onboarding, success metrics, and feedback loops.
- Partner with sales, client success, and marketing to ensure new capabilities are adopted, not just shipped.
- Own the post-launch story: measure outcomes, learn from real usage, and feed insight back into the roadmap.
