TAIT is seeking Fuel Construction Foremen through the DoD Skill Bridge Program in Richardson, Texas. • Current active duty service member, separating in 4-12 months
• Ability to complete 8 weeks to 6 months Skill Bridge apprenticeship
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial petroleum construction installation/supervision
• ICC UST Install/Retrofit, ICC UST Removal, ICC Service Technician, and Veeder Root certifications
• 24 or 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate or current 8-hour refresher
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Completion of background check, MVR, and physical/drug screening
• Ability to drive to job sites, occasionally up to 1000 miles per week
• Physical capability for climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, and twisting
• Proficient in reading and interpreting design plans and machine diagnostic reports

• Strong judgment and adaptability to changing field conditions
• Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to good housekeeping practices
