Education:

** 4 Year Degree Skiles Group, LLC seeks Superintendent in Richardson, TX to Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with construction schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards, while leading trade partners to successful completion. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience managing construction projects. Experience must include:
Implementing the Last Planner System in project production, utilizing Lean tools including Visual Communication, Constraint Management, PPC, RCA, to manage workflow and track commitments;
Technical Medical systems including medical gas systems, MEP systems, and shielding;
Managing safety and infection control, including advanced knowledge of ICRA;
Documenting project progress using various tools and software including Procore and Struction Site;
Creating and maintaining project schedule and three week look ahead using logic and CPM, and Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6;
Compliance with jurisdictional requirements, permits, and inspections, including but not limited to ADA and TDHS;
Navigating trade partner contracts across multiple disciplines with ability to ensure adherence to contract terms. Send resumes to  with reference to this position.
