Project Manager, Operations Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the assessment, planning, logistics, and build-out of RF Shielded Walk-In Chambers at a laboratory facility in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Manage RF chamber installation and build-out projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material logistics across multiple locations.
• Evaluate salvage vs. new procurement options and provide cost/feasibility recommendations.
• Oversee site construction activities, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Track project milestones, risks, inventory, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Deliver project closeout documentation, including as-built records and final signoffs.

Requirements:

• Experience managing RF Shielded Chambers, Anechoic Chambers, or specialized laboratory infrastructure projects.
• Strong construction project management, vendor management, and budgeting experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.
• Experience with multi-site logistics and material transfers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be local to the DFW area and available to work onsite in Richardson, TX.

Preferred:

• Experience with carrier lab infrastructure, RF testing environments, or EMC compliance.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing technical construction project closeouts.
