Superintendent, Construction

Skiles Group, LLC seeks a Superintendent in Richardson, TX to manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with construction schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards while leading trade partners to successful completion.

• Implement the Last Planner System in project production
• Utilize Lean tools including Visual Communication, Constraint Management, PPC, RCA to manage workflow and track commitments
• Manage technical medical systems, including medical gas systems, MEP systems, and shielding
• Manage safety and infection control, including advanced knowledge of ICRA
• Document project progress using tools and software such as Procore and Struction Site
• Create and maintain project schedule and a three‑week look‑ahead using logic and CPM, including Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements, permits, and inspections (e.g., ADA, TDHS, and other applicable codes)
• Navigate trade partner contracts across multiple disciplines, ensuring adherence to contract terms

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects
