Estimator, Construction, Quantity Surveyor

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction means and methods, and the ability to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in estimating commercial construction projects highly desirable
• Proficiency in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and subcontractor bid evaluation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately
• Experience with Procore, Smart Bid, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
