The role offers paid training, potential advancement through additional paid training after 6 months, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience under a Foreman with Equipment Operators and Pipe fitters. You will develop specialized skills in excavating, trenching, shoring, and related tasks while working outdoors at sites across North America.
