Client Success Supervisor (Full-Time)
Location: Richardson, TX
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours)
Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports To: Client Success Manager

Debt Blue is looking for a Client Success Supervisor to help lead our growing Client Success department. In this role, you'll support a team of specialists, elevate service quality, and ensure clients receive industry-leading care throughout their journey with us.

🌟 What You'll DoAs our Client Success Supervisor, you will:
- Plan, assign, and prioritize daily tasks to keep the department running smoothly
- Coach Client Success Specialists through difficult calls and guide escalated issues
- Monitor team performance and service levels; recommend corrective actions as needed
- Review client accounts and provide procedural guidance to help the team improve
- Create, update, and maintain department documentation, process guides, and training materials
- Handle incoming client requests professionally and conduct monthly follow-up calls
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of settlement, negotiation, and payment processes
- Provide consultative, empathetic guidance to clients experiencing financial crisis
- Ensure all team actions align with Debt Blue procedures and industry regulations
- 1+ year of call center experience (required)
- Strong understanding of leadership, coaching, or supervisory techniques
- Excellent judgment and analytical thinking skills
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to influence, drive agreement, and manage challenging conversations
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Strong focus, logic, prioritization, and ability to work under deadlines
- Office environment with low–moderate noise level
- Professional-casual setting
