Customer Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to support customer inquiries and manage purchase orders for spare and replacement parts. This role plays a key part in order coordination, customer communication, pricing, and shipping documentation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Enter and manage customer orders, including release of manufactured parts and required purchases
• Coordinate production schedules, factory releases, and order follow‑ups
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Assist with customer quotations, RFP responses, and follow up on proposals
• Support new customer onboarding, including documentation and coordination with Accounting and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and manage import/export and shipping documentation; coordinate carriers, rates, and freight forwarders
• Track and report on spare parts orders, RFP status, and factory orders
• Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate order and shipping records

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, order management, production control, scheduling, or project support
• Strong customer service, communication (written & verbal), and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a changing environment

• Customer support, sales, or order coordination background
• Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) products or electronics manufacturing
• Experience with RFPs, contracts, letters of credit, and international orders
• Military background in radio or RF technology a plus
