About the RoleAs a Client Success Specialist I, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. You will motivate clients, support their progress, and help them stay on track to successfully complete the program.
You’ll manage a blend of inbound and outbound communication, respond to questions of varying complexity, and keep accurate documentation of every interaction. This role reports directly to the Client Success Manager.
What You'll Do- Clearly communicate our programs and consumer debt‑relief options
- Use our CRM to manage, assign, and complete daily tasks
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely account notes
- Respond to incoming client requests with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct monthly follow‑up calls to support client progress
- Proactively reach out using phone, email, and text communication channels
- Complete outbound calls and update task statuses consistently
- Assist with departmental operations and cross-team support as needed

- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong empathy and passion for helping clients facing financial hardship
- Good judgment, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High energy and ability to excel in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
