• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Present PNC products and solutions to meet customer needs while educating customers on management options.
• Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Customer-Focused:
  Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
• Managing Risk:
  Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business activities to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Preferred skills:
  Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales.
• Competencies:
  
  Banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, selling, understanding customer needs.
