Community Outreach / Customer Service Representative – Elite GI – Richardson, TX

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional to join our fundraising team and drive community engagement and donor participation in local events. As we strive to achieve ambitious goals for the upcoming year, we are in need of a Community Outreach and Customer Service Representative to support our mission.

As a proud force in the Dallas area, we want to offer our clients and community lasting change. By representing non-profit organizations, we are able to bridge the gap between the community’s needs and our client’s offerings. Our Community Outreach team is at the heart of that connection. Community

Outreach and Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Educate community members about our non-profit partnerships, bringing to light awareness and support opportunities
  • Accurately record and manage donations (monetary and other)
  • Engage in continuous training, coaching, and mentorship through daily meetings and networking sessions to improve skill sets and enhance industry knowledge
  • Work closely with fellow marketing team members to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
  • Maintain composure, resolve concerns, and overcome challenges as needed, when working with customers in a face‑to‑face environment
Community Outreach and Customer Service Representative Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Positive, competitive, and coachable attitude
  • Proficiency in public speaking, or willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and self‑motivated individual
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
