Smart Auto Care is seeking a Claims Administrative Support to play a critical role in the claims process. This full-time, hourly position is based in Richardson, TX or Jacksonville, FL. The responsibilities include processing invoices, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to manage high volumes of emails and calls. A High School diploma and customer support experience are required.
