Manage customer inquiries, process complex orders, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;
Provide pricing, product availability, and scheduling information; suggest alternatives to meet customer needs;
Process incoming orders via email, telephone, Fax, and EDI; track order activity; expedite high-priority deliveries;
Participate in process improvement and special projects; complete training modules; provide onboarding support to newer team members;
Support committed accounts and sister companies including monthly EDI responsibilities
