Must have Property and Casualty license. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist in managing client services and maintaining positive relationships.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with client services and maintaining professional relationships is beneficial.
